Gnocchi & Ravioli Class

Katie will show you how to prepare some delicious hand made pasta. We start with the best organic flour & eggs for our dough to prepare a wonderful fresh egg pasta. With this dough we will roll out sheets to create Ravioli by hand.
We will prepare together the pasta dough, learn how to roll out, shape and fill the ravioli with a seasonal filling. Then we will cook the ravioli with a simply delicious sauce using local ingredients.
Then we shall prepare light and fluffy Potato Gnocchi to make a delicious dish of fresh Gnocchi.
We will make a fresh seasonal gelato for dessert using the best Italian ingredients.
Once our work is done, we’ll sit down to savour our creations with selected local wines and unwind. Come and immerse yourself in Italian cooking and culture. Groups will be small, so places are limited.
Classes include a full lunch with prosecco, regional wines, dessert and coffee.
