Fresh Pasta, Risotto & Gelato Class

In this cooking class Katie will show you how to prepare some delicious hand made pasta. We start with the best organic flour & eggs for our dough to prepare classic fresh egg pasta. Come and spend a lovely morning in Como learning how to cook a Traditional Northern Italian Family Lunch. Classes take place in Katie's beautiful home in Lake Como, we will use local ingredients to prepare "Pizzoccheri" - garlic butter, Valtellina cheese, Potatoes, Swiss chard and handmade buckwheat fresh pasta (a naturally gluten free grain).
