When COVID-19 struck Italy we were all sent into one of Europes strictest lockdowns. Cooking for me was a way of working through the uncertainties of this time. Cooking also became a fixed part of our daily routine while home everyday and having to prepare meals for the whole family. Lockdown Cooking recipes are easy recipes using store cupboard essentials and include plenty of notes for substitutions, for when you can’t find all you need in the shops.
