Ciabatta & Piadina Class

€45Learn the secrets of making two classic northern Italian breads easily from home. We will have fun preparing these beautiful breads together and afterwards have a relaxed, sit down, lunch with local wines and dessert, on the terrace, hopefully in the sunshine!
Ciabatta – with a beautiful crust, that is first crisp, then chewy. And then that soft spongy crumb with all its beautiful holes, perfect for mopping up the last bits of sauce from the plate.
Or if you prefer, smearing with jam and eating while still warm from the oven. Crusty, chewy ciabatta is the perfect companion to a bowl of soup or plate of pasta.
Piadina – is a round, rustic, tortilla-like flatbread that is much-loved all over Italy. They make a perfect lunch, fill with transparent, rust-coloured slices of prosciutto di Parma; fresh juicy slices of Mozzerella di buffala, sweet tomatoes and a handful of fresh leaves of basil or rocket, delicious!
